Replacement-Terms & Conditions

If the customer receives any defective/mismatch product, within 2 hours (in the case of perishables) or within 6 hours(in the case of non-perishables) of the receipt, the customer can contact the Customer Service for further proceedings. Surya Enterprices Supermarket is responsible to replace such items. The customer shall register the complaint/defect of the product within, 2 hours (in the case of perishables) or within 6 hours(in the case of non-perishables) from the receipt of the product, through email or by calling the Surya Enterprices Supermarket customer service number or via app, for registering the complaint. After getting confirmation from the customer care, the products should be returned in the original condition manually . The product should be returned with:
  1. Original packaging and accessories.
  2. Original serial number.
  3. Original package with the price tags, labels, freebies and accessories and along with the original Invoice.
  4. Products which were sold as combos/sets, has to be returned as such.
  5. In case of non-availability of the stock, the company shall refund the full amount paid by the customer or he can purchase any items in worth of the paid amount. The refund will be credited within 7 – 10 working days after acceptance.
  6. The refunds are done by credit/debit card account used for the transaction.
The return policies are not applicable under the following conditions:

Change of mind after the product despatched by the company
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning/misuse of the product.
Physical damage of the product by the customer
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
If the returned product is incomplete or damaged by the customer, it will not be replaced/refunded in any manner.

Delivery Policy

  1. Surya Enterprices Supermarket offers free delivery for purchases over ₹1000 within specified locations.
  2. Delivery Location: Items available on our app/website are only deliverable within a 10 km radius of the store.
  3. An estimated delivery time will be provided to the customer once the order is placed.
  4. Customers selecting the PICKUP option while shopping in the app or on the website will not receive delivery.
  5. Customers outside the specified delivery area may place orders; items will be billed and prepared for collection. Customers must collect their orders manually at the designated time, presenting transaction details for verification.
  6. In the event of non-acceptance of the product after due notification, delivery charges and 2% of the product's value will be deducted from the customer.
  7. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
  8. If a customer cancels an order after payment, a cash refund will not be provided. Instead, the customer may use the amount for purchases at the store.
  9. After order confirmation, if any item is out of stock or there is a price variance, that product will not be delivered, and a refund will be processed for the customer.
  10. Bulk purchases are not permitted through the web or app. If a customer attempts to make a bulk purchase, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded.

Cancellation of order by Surya Enterprices Supermarket
  1. Product No Longer Available or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  2. Limitations on Quantities Available For Purchase
  3. Inaccuracies or Mistakes In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information
  4. Problems/defects Identified By Our Credit And Fraud Detection Department
  5. Inaccurate Or vague Address.
  6. Non-Serviceable Locations

Miscellaneous
The Customer has to agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on Surya Enterprices Supermarket website. The customer should user lawfully owned and valid credit/debit card. The information provided by the customer will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. The customer will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their credit/ debit card details. Surya Enterprices Supermarket expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card.
Surya Enterprices Supermarket shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.
